Drunken Chicken

If you haven't tasted a drunken chicken, you are in for a wonderful Cajun treat.  Drunken chickens are the most flavorful, moist chicken ever.  Other alternative uses for the Cajun ChickCans are sober chickens.  Use the same recipe, but use Cola, Ginger Ale or lemonade.

Step 1:

 

Use 12 ounce can of beer or beverage.  Dispose of 2/3 of the liquid (in your own special way).  Place can in Cajun Chickcan roaster.

 

Step 2:

 

Season remaining liquid in can with Worcestershire Sauce, a tablespoon of Cajun Spice, plus any other great flavors you can think of. Use remainder of spice to thoroughly rub down the inside and outside of chicken.

 

Step 3:

 

Place seasoned chicken cavity side down over the beverage can and Cajun Chickcan™ roaster. Place small potato or onion in neck opening to trap steam. Place on outdoor grill or in 350 degree oven for 1-2 hours or until internal temperatures of chicken reaches 180 degrees. Tip: Place a pan with Ľ cup water under Cajun Chickcan™ to avoid flare-ups catch drippings.

 

Step 4:

 

Invite friends and family over to enjoy some of the juiciest, most flavorful chicken on the planet. Warning: At this point hide your Cajun Chickcan™ roaster as it has been know to come up missing.

 

CAUTION: Contents in can may be hot after roasting. Use caution, burning may occur.
